Oliveto
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Gin
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Rosemary syrup
- ¼ oz. Licor 43
- ¼ oz. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and dry shake (no ice).
- Add ice and hard shake.
- Strain into Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s made into hearts.
