Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Rosemary syrup
  • ¼ oz. Licor 43
  • ¼ oz. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and dry shake (no ice).
  • Add ice and hard shake.
  • Strain into Nick and Nora glass.
  • Garnish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s made into hearts.
