This rum drink is from Omni Hotels & Resorts’ Tiki Social, a tropical pop-up bar experience and cocktail program in collaboration with Jeff “Beachbum” Berry.
The Tropical Tease
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Finest Call single-pressed lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Finest Call pineapple juice
- ½ oz. Raspberry Re’al puree syrup
- ½ oz. White crème de cacao
- ½ oz. Illegal joven mezcal
- 1 ½ oz. Casamigos blanco tequila
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and shake with ice cubes.
- Strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with raspberry, orchid, pineapple fronds/leaves on a cocktail pick.
