As part of its Autumn in Kyoto limited-time dining experience, P.F. Chang’s is offering a Matcha Martini. The cocktail blends RumChata liqueur, Yoshi matcha liqueur, cream of coconut and a hint of cinnamon.
Launched last year, Yoshi is made with ceremonial-grade matcha. P.F. Chang’s is among the first national restaurant brands to bring Yoshi to guests and introduce the liqueur to restaurant menus nationwide.
The restaurant’s seasonal cocktail lineup also includes the new Kyoto Cabin, made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, black tea, maple and lemon, and finished with a nutmeg aroma; the food menu includes Duck Wings, Duck Fried Rice, and Wagyu Egg Rolls. Autumn in Kyoto will be available from Sept. 16, 2026, through Nov. 3, 2026, at participating P.F. Chang’s locations nationwide, while supplies last.
