Louisville distillery Copper & Kings American Brandy has announced its expansion into Texas through a new distribution partnership with Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas. The brand’s core portfolio is available in Texas as of Nov. 1.
The launch highlights three flagship expressions, an inviting gateway to American brandy, the company says, plus a bourbon uniquely created by Copper & Kings’ distinctive barrels. The Texas portfolio includes:
- Six-Year American Brandy V.S.O.P.: Pot-distilled, aged six years and bottled at 86 proof. Suggested retail price: $19.99.
- Six-Year American Apple Brandy, Bottled-in-Bond: Produced to the standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act, with bold apple character. Suggested retail price: $24.99.
- Straight Bourbon Whiskey: A blend of straight bourbons aged five to more than 15 years, finished for up to three years in Copper & Kings brandy barrels. Suggested retail price: $29.99.
