This Scotch cocktail puts a unique spin on the classic sour.
Cherry Ember Sour
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz. Dewar’s 12 Year Old Scotch
- ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Cherry juice
- ½ oz. Maple syrup
- 1 pipette Miracle foamer or egg white
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice.
- Shake hard, then double strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
