This spicy carrot cocktail uses cristalino tequila and chile liqueur.
One Carat
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Maestro Dobel Diamante cristalino tequila
- ½ oz. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- 1 oz. Carrot juice
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Cinnamon syrup
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and shake.
- Pour into rocks glass over ice (can rim first with salt if desired).
- Garnish with basil leaf.
