St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails for 2026

How do you get green cocktails for St. Patrick’s Day without resorting to food coloring? Matcha, melon liqueur and mint are three suggestions htat came up this year, as well as green Chartreuse. Not that cocktails for the March 17 holiday need to be green (see the adorable The Mini G Shooter), but we think it’s a nice touch. Here are eight St. Patrick’s Day cocktails we love for 2026. Crescent Pear-adise

Course Drinks
Keyword gin, Green Chartreuse, lemon, pear liqueur, pearsecco, Simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Green House Artisan Gin
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Pear liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Green Chartreuse
  • ½ oz. Shimmering simple syrup 1:1 simple syrup with edible pearl luster dust
  • 2 oz. Pearsecco cider to top

Instructions

  • Fill preferred glassware with ice.
  • In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, pear liqueur, Chartreuse and shimmering simple syrup.
  • Add ice and shake briefly until chilled.
  • Strain over fresh ice in the prepared glass.
  • Top with Pearsecco.
  • Gently stir to incorporate.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated pear wheel.

Green Tea Taster

Course Drinks
Keyword Irish whiskey, Lemon-lime soda, peach schnapps, sour mix

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz. Peach schnapps
  • 1 oz. Lemon-lime soda
  • 1 oz. Sour mix

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients over ice.
  • Pour into a rocks glass or strain into a small shot glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.

Lucky Leprechaun Martini

Course Drinks
Keyword Bombay Sapphire gin, matcha, mint, oat milk, vanilla syrup, white creme de cacao

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
  • ½ oz. White creme de cacao
  • ½ oz. Vanilla syrup
  • 1 oz. Oat milk
  • 1 tsp. Matcha powder
  • 6 Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake and strain into a small tin.
  • Dry shake to froth cocktail.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Midori Sour Highball

Course Drinks
Keyword lemon, Midori, pineapple, vodka

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Midori melon liqueur
  • 1 oz. Pineapple
  • ½ oz. Lemon

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Pour into Collins glass.
  • Garnish with dried pineapple slice.

The Mini G

Course Drinks
Keyword Baileys, coffee liqueur

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream chilled
  • 1 ¼ oz. Mr Black coffee liqueur

Instructions

  • Pour coffee liqueur into a shot glass.
  • Float chilled Baileys on top.

Faerie Soiree

Course Drinks
Keyword Hendrick’s gin, lemon, Midori, Simple syrup, sparkling wine, St. Germain elderflower liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
  • ¾ oz. Midori
  • ½ oz. St. Germain
  • ½ oz. Clarified lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • Top with dry sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together and shake.
  • Pour into a coup glass.
  • Top with dry sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with baby’s breath flowers and dust with green edible glitter.

Shamrock Shooter

Keyword Crème de Cacao, creme de menthe, key lime rum, whipping cream

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. Blue Chair Bay key lime rum cream
  • ½ oz. Crème de cacao liqueur
  • ½ oz. Crème de menthe liqueur
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Andes mints for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the crème de menthe into the bottom of the shot glass.
  • Add the crème de cacao and then the key lime rum cream.
  • Top with whipped cream and a chocolate mint.

Honeydew Vesper

Course Drinks
Keyword cucumber vodka, Honeydew melon, orange bitters, white vermouth

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Honeydew-infused Prairie Organic cucumber flavored vodka
  • ½ oz. Sweet white vermouth
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients into a mixing glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice and stir the mixture until very cold.
  • Finally, strain the liquid into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with honeydew.
