7 St. Patrick’s Day Drinks For 2025

St. Paddy’s Day is coming up and everything is better when it’s green. Here are seven cocktails in various shades of green we like for this year.

Emerald Enchantment

Course Drinks
Keyword apple schapps, Irish whiskey, white cranberry juice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz. Sour apple schnapps
  • 2 oz. White cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a green apple slice.

Madame Butterfly

Course Drinks
Keyword cucumber, cucumber liqueur, honey, plain vodka, Strega liqueur, yuzu

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • ¼ oz. Strega
  • ¼ oz. Cucumber liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Yuzu Kosho honey shrub
  • 2 Cucumber slices
  • Top with club soda

Instructions

  • Build ingredients in a tin shaker with ice and 2 cucumber slices.
  • Shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a bamboo leaf and orchid.

Welsh Dragon

Course Drinks
Keyword green creme de menthe, melon liqueur, orange, peach schnapps, Pineapple Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Leroux peach schnapps
  • 1 oz. Leroux melon liqueur
  • ½ oz. Leroux green crème de menthe
  • 1 ½ oz. Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 ½ oz. Pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
  • Garnish with cucumber ribbon.

Course Drinks
Keyword apple cordial, cucumber, elderflower liqueur, gin

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bombay Gin
  • ½ oz. St Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz. Apple cordial
  • Cucumber foam top

Instructions

  • Stir liquid ingredients together.
  • Pour into a fizz cocktail glass.
  • Top with cucumber foam.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Course Drinks
Keyword Chocolate syrup, creme de menthe, half and half, Skrewball Peanut Butter whiskey, White chocolate liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Skrewball peanut butter whiskey
  • ¾ oz. White chocolate liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Creme de menthe
  • ½ oz. Half and half
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Rim a glass with chocolate syrup and cocoa powder.
  • Shake the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain into the garnished glass.

Keyword egg white, lemon, Midori, whiskey

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Keeper’s Heart Irish + American Whiskey
  • 1 ¼ oz. Midori
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white optional

Instructions

  • Shake ingredients together.
  • Strain into coup.
  • Garnish with gold powder.

Leprechaun Stiletto

Course Drinks
Keyword cucumber, lime, mint, Simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumber Slices
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • ¾ oz. Simple syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lime juice
  • ½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. Grey Goose Le Citron vodka

Instructions

  • In a shaker, muddle mint, cucumber, lime juice and simple syrup.
  • Add vodka and St. Germain and shake.
  • Strain into Martini glass.
  • Garnish with cucumber wheel float.
