June is Pride month and a great time for fun and colorful cocktails. Hotels in particular like to create a celebratory inclusive vibe with their beverage programs. Here are a few Pride cocktails available for a limited time at several hospitality brands.

The Bohemian

Course Drinks
Keyword elderflower liqueur, gin, Grapefruit juice, Peychaud’s bitters

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Roku gin
  • 1 oz. Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Double strain into Nick & Nora glass or smaller Martini glass.
  • No garnish.

Pride in Paradise

Course Drinks
Keyword Blue Curaçao, Grenadine, Pineapple Juice, vodka

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Grenadine
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Blue Curaçao

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Pour grenadine first to create the red base layer.
  • Mix pineapple juice with vodka and slowly pour over the ice to form the yellow middle layer.
  • Carefully float Blue Curaçao on top to create the blue gradient effect.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and an orange slice.

Love is Love

Course Drinks
Keyword egg white, guava, Italicus, lime, tequila

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila
  • ½ oz. Italicus Bergamot Rosolio
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Guava purée
  • Fee Foam or egg white

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Finished with a rainbow sugar rim or swirl.

The Bear Mule

Course Drinks
Keyword Ginger syrup, lemon, mint, raspberries, rye

Ingredients

  • 4 Raspberries
  • 4-6 Mint leaves
  • 2 oz. Rye Old Overholt or something high proof and similar in taste
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Ginger syrup

Instructions

  • Muddle raspberries and mint in a shaker.
  • Add ingredients and ice and shake.
  • Double strain into Collins glass with ice.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.
