This gin cocktail from RosaNegra Miami uses passion fruit sherbet and an anise Mayan liqueur.
Mayan Passion
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. No. 3 Gin
- 1 ½ oz. Passion fruit sherbet
- ½ oz. Xtabentun Mayan liqueur
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Build all ingredients in a tin shaker.
- Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
