Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. No. 3 Gin
  • 1 ½ oz. Passion fruit sherbet
  • ½ oz. Xtabentun Mayan liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

  • Build all ingredients in a tin shaker.
  • Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
