Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz. Aquavit
- 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Cucumber juice
- ½ oz. Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions
- Combine ingredients except soda and quick shake with ice.
- Strain into an iced Collins glass with a Tajin rim.
- Top with club soda (Topo Chico works well).
