Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Novo Fogo Silver cachaça
- ¾ oz. Amontillado sherry
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Simple syrup 1:1
Instructions
- Shake and double strain into a highball glass.
- Top with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
