Hong Kong At Dusk

1 ½ oz. Traverse City Bourbon
1 oz. Blandy’s 5 year Madeira
1 oz. Black tea concentrate
¼ oz. Brown sugar simple syrup
Cedar paper for garnish

Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into glass over ice ball in a tumbler glass. Light cedar paper and fill glass with smoke, lay cedar paper across glass for garnish.
