Keyword cardamom bitters, Dewar’s Scotch, Ginger syrup, grapefruit, lemon, mango liqueur, Simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Dewars 12 Year Old Scotch
  • ¾ oz. Mango liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup
  • ¼ oz. Ginger syrup
  • 2 dashes Cardamom bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Strain all ingredients into rocks glass with a big ice block.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit peel coin.
