This gin-based cocktail uses strawberry puree, vermouth, bergamot and other flavors.
Coming Up Roses
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Aviation American Gin
- ½ oz. Blanc vermouth
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree thawed
- ½ oz. Basil and rose honey
- ½ oz. Bergamot
- Mineral water to top
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds.
- Strain into a Nick and Nora.
- Top with mineral water.
- Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses.
