This cocktail from The Eddy in Bentonville, AR, uses a turmeric and bay-infused gin.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Turmeric and bay-infused gin*
  • ½ oz. Italicus
  • ½ oz. Strega
  • Mediterranean tonic water

Instructions

  • Combine the infused gin, Italicus and Strega in a shaker.
  • Shake then strain over large ice cube into a lowball glass.
  • Top with Mediterranean tonic.
  • Garnish with a fresh bay leaf.

Notes

*For Turmeric and bay-infused gin: Combine 750 ml. gin, 3 g. dried turmeric and 6 g., fresh bay leaves in a bottle; let rest for 3 days.
