Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Turmeric and bay-infused gin*
- ½ oz. Italicus
- ½ oz. Strega
- Mediterranean tonic water
Instructions
- Combine the infused gin, Italicus and Strega in a shaker.
- Shake then strain over large ice cube into a lowball glass.
- Top with Mediterranean tonic.
- Garnish with a fresh bay leaf.
Notes
*For Turmeric and bay-infused gin: Combine 750 ml. gin, 3 g. dried turmeric and 6 g., fresh bay leaves in a bottle; let rest for 3 days.
