Ingredients

• 2 oz. Capilla Blanco Cocuy a Venezuelan agave spirit
• ¾ oz. Fresh cucumber juice
• ½ oz. Yuzu
• ¼ oz. Triple sec
• ½ oz. Fresh lime juice

Instructions

• Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
• Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
• Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
