La Chapelle
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Capilla Blanco Cocuy a Venezuelan agave spirit
- ¾ oz. Fresh cucumber juice
- ½ oz. Yuzu
- ¼ oz. Triple sec
- ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
