This colorful, flavorful vodka cocktail comes from Jack Dusty at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.

Keyword coconut, Lillet rouge, lime, lychee puree, strawberry vodka

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Strawberry Lemongrass Grey Goose vodka
  • ½ oz. Lillet Rose
  • 1 oz. Lychee puree
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • Topped with Coconut lime foam*

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to shaker and shake 10 seconds.
  • Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
  • Top with foam, spritz with edible botanical spray.
  • Garnish with micro flowers.

Notes

*For Coconut lime foam: 1 can Coconut milk, 2 oz. Coconut water, 1 oz. Lime juice, 1 oz. Simple syrup. Charge 1 times in iISI whip.
