Celebration of Lights
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Strawberry Lemongrass Grey Goose vodka
- ½ oz. Lillet Rose
- 1 oz. Lychee puree
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- Topped with Coconut lime foam*
Instructions
- Add ingredients to shaker and shake 10 seconds.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Top with foam, spritz with edible botanical spray.
- Garnish with micro flowers.
Notes
*For Coconut lime foam: 1 can Coconut milk, 2 oz. Coconut water, 1 oz. Lime juice, 1 oz. Simple syrup. Charge 1 times in iISI whip.
