Been Caught Stealing
Ingredients
- ½ oz. Fusion verjus blanc
- ½ oz. Clarified banana juice
- ¼ oz. Cinnamon bark syrup
- ½ oz. Alvear pale cream sherry
- 1 oz. Toasted sesame-infused Power’s Gold Irish whiskey
- Top with Badger ginger ale
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a mixing glass.
- Stir well with ice.
- Strain into a sherry or cocktail glass.
- Top ginger ale.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
