This gin drink from José Andrés’ Bar Mar is perfect for early spring.
Floral Cloud
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Gin Mare
- ¾ oz. Pallini limoncello
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Crème de violette liqueur
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and shake on ice.
- Strain into a chilled wine glass.
- Top with a hibiscus, rose and orange blossom “cloud.”
