Ingredients

  • ½ oz. Fusion verjus blanc
  • ½ oz. Clarified banana juice
  • ¼ oz. Cinnamon bark syrup
  • ½ oz. Alvear pale cream sherry
  • 1 oz. Toasted sesame-infused Power's Gold Irish whiskey
  • Top with Badger ginger ale

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a mixing glass.
  • Stir well with ice.
  • Strain into a sherry or cocktail glass.
  • Top ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel.
