Fusion verjus blanc

Clarified banana juice

Cinnamon bark syrup

Alvear pale cream sherry

Toasted sesame-infused Power's Gold Irish whiskey
Top with Badger ginger ale
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a mixing glass.
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a sherry or cocktail glass.
Top ginger ale.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
