This tequila cocktail was created for the Black Lagoon Halloween pop-up bars.
Corpse Flower
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Lalo Tequila Blanco
- ¾ oz. Ube syrup
- ¼ oz. Giffard Banane liqueur
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¼ oz. Lustau amontillado sherry
- 4 dashes Saline
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients into a cocktail tin and add ice.
- Shake and strain into a Mai Tai glass.
- Add fresh ice and garnish with ube salt and banana chip.
