Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Lalo Tequila Blanco
  • ¾ oz. Ube syrup
  • ¼ oz. Giffard Banane liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Lime juice
  • ¼ oz. Lustau amontillado sherry
  • 4 dashes Saline

Instructions

  • Measure all ingredients into a cocktail tin and add ice.
  • Shake and strain into a Mai Tai glass.
  • Add fresh ice and garnish with ube salt and banana chip.
