NY Honey Rye Whiskey

NY Honey Rye Whiskey is from Catskill Provisions, among the few female-owned and -operated distilleries in the U.S.

Catskill Provision uses 100% NY raw wildflower honey as the feature ingredient in their small-batch products, including a line of honey rye whiskey infused with a dash of honey, maple syrup, chocolate honey truffles, ketchup, apple cider vinegar and pancake mix.

NY Honey Rye Whiskey is infused in small batches with late-summer honey from New York’s Catskill Mountains for a flavor with notes of toffee, burnt orange peel and golden raisin, the company says.

The suggested retail price is $46 per 750-ml. bottle.

Claire Marin founded Catskill Provisions in 2010, turning her beekeeping hobby into a fine food business. This month, she is opening her distillery at her home located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains is Long Eddy, NY. Claire’s 32-acre farm is also home to bee hives, rye fields and pollinator-friendly botanicals.
