1 ½ oz. Cognac VSOP
2 ½ oz. Sparkling French lemonade
4 Slices fresh ginger
1 Lime peel
Add ginger and lime peel to glass. Pour Cognac over and muddle two or three times. Pour into glass with ice and stir; add lemonade and stir again. Garnish with slice of cucumber.
