2 oz. Uncle Nearest 1884 whiskey
1 oz. Apple juice
¼ oz. Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Fill glass with ice and add ginger beer, then strain cocktail into glass.
