Apricot Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Hayman Old Tom Gin
- 1 ¼ oz. Cappelletti
- ½ oz. Cocchi Americano
- ½ oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard apricot liqueur
- ¼ oz. Simple syrup
- ½ oz. Lemon
- 2 dashes Saline 20%
- 3 dashes Fee Foam
- Soda water
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
- Reverse dry shake.
- Double strain into rocks glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with freshly grated lemon zest.
