Apricot Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Hayman Old Tom Gin
  • 1 ¼ oz. Cappelletti
  • ½ oz. Cocchi Americano
  • ½ oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard apricot liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • ½ oz. Lemon
  • 2 dashes Saline 20%
  • 3 dashes Fee Foam
  • Soda water

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
  • Reverse dry shake.
  • Double strain into rocks glass.
  • Top with soda.
  • Garnish with freshly grated lemon zest.
