Atlanta-based Mellow Mushroom has unveiled a refreshed beverage program. The stone-baked pizza chain’s new cocktail menu introduces two specialty Margs: The Moondust Margarita, made with Espolòn Blanco Tequila, dragonfruit, pineapple, orange bitters and lime juice, and the Spicy Mango Margarita, with Milagro Silver Tequila, lemon and lime juices, mango purée, jalapeño and triple sec with a Tajin rim.
Other new drinks include the Watermelon Zinger (NEW!) – Milagro Silver Tequila, Red Bull Red Edition (watermelon), lime juice and a Tajin rim, and the Blackberry Whiskey Sour featuring Jameson Irish Whiskey, blackberry, lemon juice and Angostura bitters, plus an Espresso Martini, a Lemon Drop Martini and two new wine spritzes.
In addition to the cocktails, Mellow Mushroom offers three new shooters: The Green Tea, with Jameson Irish Whiskey, lemon and lime juices, Sprite and peach schnapps; the Trippy Gummy, with Deep Eddy Vodka, lemon and lime juices, pomegranate and peach schnapps; and Pineapple Cake, with Espolòn Blanco Tequila, pineapple, vanilla and pomegranate.
The refreshed beverage program accompanies a new lineup of vibrant salads. Founded in 1974, Mellow Mushroom now operates 160-plus locations across 16 states.
