In celebration of Women’s History Month, Hard Rock Hotel New York is raising a glass to some of the most influential women in music with a specialty cocktail and a look at the hotel’s memorabilia collection highlighting female artists.
Created by the venue’s seasoned mixologist Neilyn Ithier, The Leading Lady blends ALB vodka, lychee, fresh lemon and coconut water with a sugar-glitter rim. Bright and playful in appearance, the cocktail is “a bold, expressive sip honoring creativity and individuality,” the company says.
Hard Rock Hotel New York guests can also spot memorabilia tied to iconic female artists including Lady Gaga, Madonna, Aretha Franklin, and Beyoncé throughout the property. Artifacts range from tour-worn clothing to signed records and archival pieces spanning decades of music history.
Priced at $26, The Leading Lady is served at both of the hotel’s dining venues, Sessions Restaurant & RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge, throughout March. The cocktail offers a fun way to celebrate Women’s History Month while exploring the stories and artifacts of the female artists who helped define modern music.
