Santa’s Little Helper
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Egg white
- ¾ oz. Simple syrup 1:1
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Second Sip gin
- ¾ oz. Mulled wine float
Instructions
- Combine first four ingredients and dry shake.
- Then shake with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Float mulled wine over the top.
