Santa’s Little Helper

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Egg white
  • ¾ oz. Simple syrup 1:1
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Second Sip gin
  • ¾ oz. Mulled wine float

Instructions

  • Combine first four ingredients and dry shake.
  • Then shake with ice.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Float mulled wine over the top.
