This tequila-based sparkler comes from the the mixologists at Kona Grill.
Sunset Spritz
Ingredients
- ½ oz. Agave syrup
- ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. Grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz. Calirosa “Rosa Blanco” tequila
- Top with Champagne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except Champagne into shake with ice.
- Shake, strain into wine glass over fresh ice.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
