NJ Casino Crafts Girl Scout Cookie Cocktails

Girl Scout cookie booths are in full swing throughout local communities. The Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City is not only offering adult beverages inspired by the celebrated cookies, it’s also supporting Girl Scout Troops in the Garden State.

The Lobby Bar at Ocean has three Girl Scout-cookie themed cocktails to its beverage program: The Tall & Minty, Caramel Surprise and PB&B. Ocean Casino is donating $3 from every sale to the Girl Scout Troops of Southern and Central New Jersey.  The drinks are priced at $13 and available through March 31.

Tall & Minty

Course Drinks

Keyword creme de menthe, half and half, Kahlua

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Kahlua
• ½ oz. Crème de menthe
• Splash Half and half

Instructions

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
• Pour into a Collins glass.
• Garnish with a chocolate rim.

Caramel Surprise

Course Drinks

Keyword caramel vodka, Chocolate syrup, Godiva liqueur, half and half, Malibu rum

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Godiva liqueur
• 1 ½ oz. Caramel vodka
• 1 ½ oz. Malibu rum
• 1 oz. Half and half
• 1 bar spoon Chocolate syrup

Instructions

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
• Strain into a Martini glass.
• Garnish with chocolate and caramel drizzle and toasted coconut.

Course Drinks

Keyword Angostura bitters, chocolate bitters, Crème de Cacao, peanut butter whiskey

Ingredients

• 2 ½ oz. Skrewball peanut butter whiskey
• ½ oz. Crème de cacao
• 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
• Pour into a rocks glass.
• Garnish with peanut brittle.
