Holiday Delight

2 oz. Tres Papalote mezcal
1 oz. Pomegranate juice
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
10 dashes Bittermen’s Burlesque bitters

Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with frozen pomegranate seeds floating on top.
