This sparkling, mezcal-based cocktail comes from Richard Sandoval Hospitality.
Sweet Revolution
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Mezcal Espadin
- ½ oz. Honey syrup
- 1 oz. Guava purée such as Boiron or Perfect Purée
- ¼ oz. Blood orange juice
- ½ oz. Campari
- ¼ oz. Alma Finca orange liqueur
- 2 oz. Sparkling wine
Instructions
- Add the ingredients (except sparkling wine) in a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into snifter glass with ice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Decorate with a slice of grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
