Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Mezcal Espadin
  • ½ oz. Honey syrup
  • 1 oz. Guava purée such as Boiron or Perfect Purée
  • ¼ oz. Blood orange juice
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • ¼ oz. Alma Finca orange liqueur
  • 2 oz. Sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients (except sparkling wine) in a shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into snifter glass with ice.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Decorate with a slice of grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
