Ruth Bader Gin-sburg

1 ½ oz. Malfy lemon gin  
¾ oz. Cointreau  
¾ oz. Lime juice  
¾ oz. Simple syrup  

Mix all ingredients into shaker and add ice. Shake and strain over ice, and garnish with Meyer lemon peel.
