Broken Shed Vodka Announces Sales Team Promotions

Broken Shed Vodka has promoted three senior leaders to newly created division vice president roles. The changes are designed to better align the premium vodka brand’s commercial structure with its expanding national distributor network and to support Broken Shed Vodka’s continued momentum in the U.S. market. The restructuring reinforces the company’s ability to execute at scale across key regional and control state channels.

As division vice president, control states, Charlotte, NC-based Andrew Dover will lead Broken Shed Vodka’s newly established control state division, overseeing all 17 control states. Dover most recently served as the southeast regional manager and developed North Carolina into the number one market for Broken Shed.

Erik Greenstein, based in Northern Virginia, has been appointed vice president – eastern division. Greenstein consistently expanded his leadership responsibilities while at Broken Shed and played a key role in the brand’s growth throughout the mid-Atlantic region and most recently served as mid-Atlantic regional manager.

Michael Bacco, based in Los Angeles, has been appointed vice president – western division, covering the central and western U.S. Most recently, Bacco served as regional manager, southwest, leading the brand’s robust development in Texas and California.

Other new appointments include:

● Guy Freeze, formerly TN and KY state manager, has been promoted to regional manager, midwest, reporting to Michael Bacco in his new role.

● Jim Downey, formerly CT state manager, is now regional manager, metropolitan, reporting to Erik Greenstein in his new role.
