This riff on the classic, from The Guest House, incorporates a coconut tea agave.
GH Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz. Tequila or mezcal
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. Coconut tea agave
- ¼ oz. Clement Creole Shrubb orange liqueur
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime ½ wheel and 2 dianthus flowers.
