This cocktail uses a botanical flavored vodka to tie in the flavors of fall.
Harvest Sour
Ingredients
- Harvest Sour
- 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint vodka
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Ginger syrup
- 2-3 Green apple slices muddled
- 1 barspoon Spicy tamarind chutney
- 1 dash Celery bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine ingredients with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 7-10 seconds.
- Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
- Add an picked apple fan and grated cinnamon for garnish.
