The Chateau Minuty 2024 Rosé et OR (SRP: $34.99) has aromas of citrus and wild herbs, with lightness on the palate and minerality enhanced by the salinity characteristic of the Minuty terroir. The 2024 vintage of Minuty 281 (SRP: $54.99) is both delicate and bold, with exotic tropical fruit aromas that evolve into notes of white-fleshed fruit; it’s fresh and refined on the palate, the winemaker says, offering remarkable length and impeccable structure.
