“Experimentation leads to delicious beverages. In true California spirit, this one is called, “The Earthquake.” Made with our Absinthe, La Sorciere and then paired with our Rusty Blade Gin, this drink will shake up your weekend in all the right ways!”
Old World Earthquake
2 oz. Rusty Blade Gin
½ oz. La Sorciere
1 Lemon (for garnish)
Add gin and absinthe to martini shaker. Shake over ice for 15 seconds Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel
