Brinker International, parent company of Chili’s, Maggiano’s Little Italy and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina restaurants, confirmed news reports Monday that it has laid off 155 workers after closing 35 locations. The move comes as part of the company’s strategy to become more franchise-focused.
