CPK Offering Spring Spritz Specials

California Pizza Kitchen has unveiled four LTO spritz cocktails for spring.

Casual dining chain California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has expanded its beverage menu with four fresh and fizzy spritz cocktails available for a limited time. The spritz drinks, which all feature La Marca prosecco include:

  • Lavender Lemon Spritz: made with Skyy vodka, lavender, lemonade and prosecco topped with dried citrus and flowers.
  • Blueberry Elderflower Spritz: Sweet blueberries and floral elderflower meet lemonade and prosecco.
  • Hugo Spritz: A light, floral spritz made with St. Germain, prosecco, fresh mint and lime.
  • Aperol Spritz: CPK’s take on the Italian classic – Aperol, prosecco and finished with a fresh orange slice.

The spritz drinks are part of a spring menu LTO with five chef-created dishes that reflect CPK’s signature blend of global inspiration, California freshness and familiar flavors, the company says. The entrees include Hearth Oven Short Rib Lasagna; Hearth Oven Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Lasagna; Filet Skewers with Chimichurri Duo; Peruvian Pan-Roasted Chicken; and Cedar Plank Salmon over Thai Crispy Rice Salad.
