Brown-Forman recently debuted New Mix Pikosito to U.S. consumers. The tamarind flavor, a longtime fan favorite in Mexico, joins New Mix’s growing U.S. portfolio alongside Paloma, Cantarito and Vampiro.

Pikosito blends tamarind liqueur with Blanco Tequila for a citrus finish with a chili kick, according to company notes. The newest flavor is crafted and canned at Casa Herradura in Jalisco, Mexico.

“Pikosito is rooted in Mexican food and drink culture, made for consumers looking for more bold flavor and spice in a ready-to-drink cocktail,” said Mary Beth O’Mara, USA&C brand director, ready-to-drink (RTD) portfolio, in a news release. “Tamarind, citrus and chili come together with el Jimador to bring a truly authentic taste of Mexico to the RTD aisle.”

Pikosito (5% ABV) comes in 355 mL (12 oz) cans, sold in four-packs at an SRP of $10.99, according to the company. It rolls out this fall in select markets, including CA, TX, NY, NJ, IL, AZ, CO, NM, NV, OH, PA, KY, FL, IN, NC, VA and GA.
