This striking vodka cocktail comes from Bar Kapu, a tropical Southeast Asian in Bentonville, AR.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Butterfly pea-infused vodka 20g:1L vodka infused 48 hours
  • 1 oz. Coconut water
  • ¾ oz. Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. Yuzu simple equal parts Yuzuco yuzu super juice and sugar; blended and strained
  • ½ oz. Lime juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
  • Shake well with crushed ice.
  • Strain into a pineapple glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with lemon wheel, mint plush and flamingo pick.
