This striking vodka cocktail comes from Bar Kapu, a tropical Southeast Asian in Bentonville, AR.
The Flamingo
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Butterfly pea-infused vodka 20g:1L vodka infused 48 hours
- 1 oz. Coconut water
- ¾ oz. Pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. Yuzu simple equal parts Yuzuco yuzu super juice and sugar; blended and strained
- ½ oz. Lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
- Shake well with crushed ice.
- Strain into a pineapple glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with lemon wheel, mint plush and flamingo pick.
